Before the session

-Will my figure look exactly like me?

Nothing beats the real thing! But all features will be true to likeness. Just like standard photographs, variations in lighting can mean skin and clothing tones can be slightly different.

-What should I wear?

Smooth or shiny clothing is sometimes difficult. We recommend textured or patterned items of clothing. If in doubt, it can be best to bring alternative items of clothing. We have changing rooms if required. 

During the session

-How long does a 3D photography session last?

Each session lasts up to 45 minutes.  The better you are at standing still the quicker it's done!  You will need to be able to stand fairly still for up to 10 minutes.

-Can I bring in extra objects such as props?

Of course! But there will be an extra charge due to the extra materials being used.

-Can I get a digital copy of my 3D self to display on social media, etc?

We can provide a digital copy by email for only £25 extra.

-Can we be photographed together?

We can sure try! But this all depends on how long you can stand still together. Often, it’s easier to be photographed individually and then place all models together.

After the session

-When will I receive my figure?

Your figure will be ready to collect within 1 to 2 weeks. We will let you know when it’s ready.

-Can I get further copies of my figure?

We can provide further copies of your model at a discounted price.

-Can I get a refund?

As these are personalised products, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds unless the figure is unrecognizable (which has never happened!).

-How long will my images be kept by your studio?

Images will be kept for 30 days before they are deleted.

-Will you display my image?

We value your privacy. If you’d rather not have a copy of your figure displayed in store or on our website, etc please just let us know.
